Old School

Now this is the vintage, late-sixties single-lens reflex camera I've been using to shoot those black and white pictures. See dad, I'm taking good care of it!

Breakfast in Sedona

We've been sitting in this sandwich restaurant for hours enjoying the food, coffee, the view, the free internet and charging our batteries. You can't really blame us, can you?

Finally on the way

Meet the Torge S. It was photographed leaving Rotterdam and somewhere in one of those containers is a wooden crate with my stuff. Let's wish it a save crossing!

Developing photos (1)

Arriving in Austin, Texas, I found the time to develop the films I shot (yes, I'm not using a digital camera but a vintage late-sixties single-lens reflex camera I stole from my father). So I will be posting some pictures of places we have already passed.

Damen Station (Blue Line), Chicago, Illinois, looking towards "The Loop". What a fun city with so many options to take good pictures. This one was taken at a subway (which travels above ground most of the time, ironically) station in the direction of downtown, which is known as "The Loop".

Seymour Panthers 15 - Archer City Wildcats 33

Arriving in Texas we stumbled upon a little town called Archer City and we decided to stop and get some coffee. We ended up watching the local highschool football team play, together with what seemed the whole town, enjoying hamburgers and… well… soft drinks, it’s still highschool ya’ know!

Wendy's

We finally got around to taste Wendy's burgers. And to top it off, they were giving them away for free in Ashville. We followed up on this corporate american extravaganza with organic free trade coffee.

Falling Water

First destination was elected by Maaike: a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for a family that wanted him to put it near a waterfall. So he desiged to put it on top of it...
